2. Introduction to production line process
Action flow of rubber impregnated glove host:
1. Preheating steps: preheat the abrasive tools through the oven.
2. Molding steps: manually put it into the cotton cloth.
3. Cooling steps: run for 1 minute.
4. Reverse frame steps: enter the reverse frame mechanism and reverse the frame automatically
5. Dipping steps: enter the PVC glue dipping cylinder, the full dipping frame goes down vertically, half dipping into 45 degrees, and the time is 5 seconds.
6. Dropping steps: after dipping, enter the dropping tank to drop. Dropping time: ① set according to product thickness, weight, requirements: ② weather temperature of the day: ③ glue viscosity, etc.
7. Heating steps: enter the oven and heat it with steam. The fan is used for hot air circulation in the oven, and the temperature can be controlled automatically.
8. Cooling steps: after vulcanization, drying and molding, the product goes out of the drying oven and enters the cooling section of the finished product.
9. Demoulding steps: manually take off the finished gloves.
10. Cooling steps: after demoulding, the mold enters the cooling section.
